Site Agreement
These Terms apply to your use of www.desoleiltan.com and any purchase from deSoleil Spray Tanning. By using the Site or booking, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian permission to purchase from our Site.
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, branding, and design, is owned by or licensed to deSoleil and may not be used without written permission. You agree not to misuse the Site or use it for unlawful purposes.
CANCELLATION

Each appointment is exclusively reserved for you in our private studio. To honor this commitment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made within this 24-hour window, or appointments missed entirely, may result in a fee or the forfeiture of your booking deposit.
Arrival timing is essential for our one-client-at-a-time service. If you arrive late, your session length may be adjusted accordingly, or we may need to reschedule your visit and apply the late cancellation fee. Service & Result Policies

These policies protect the “Mastered Illumination” standard at deSoleil Spray Tanning and help set clear expectations around individual skin chemistry and results.
Refund Policy: All services and packages are final sale. Because results depend heavily on individual skin chemistry and pre-tan preparation, refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your tan, you must contact the studio within 24–48 hours. We may offer a complimentary touch-up or corrective session at our discretion.
Prep & Aftercare Acknowledgement: Clients must follow the “Bronze Protocol” (including exfoliation and avoiding lotions, oils, and deodorant) provided prior to the appointment. deSoleil is not responsible for poor results caused by a failure to follow prep or aftercare instructions.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

Retail Support
We accept returns on unused, unopened retail products purchased from deSoleil Spray Tanning within 14 days of delivery (or in-studio purchase). Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Spray tan services are non-returnable and non-refundable. Final-sale items and gift cards are ineligible.
Non-Returnable Items
Spray tan services are non-returnable. Opened products, gift cards, and final-sale items are ineligible.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after the product is received and inspected.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@desoleiltan.com within 48 hours with order photos.
To start a return: Email info@desoleiltan.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
SHIPPING
Local Pickup
Local pickup (default): Retail orders are available for free local pickup at deSoleil Spray Tanning, 1515 Capitola Road, Suite N, Santa Cruz, CA 95062. You’ll receive a pickup confirmation email when your order is ready. Processing time: Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays/holidays).
If you need shipping: Email info@desoleiltan.com before placing your order with the items you’d like and your shipping address. We’ll confirm availability, shipping cost, and send next steps. Shipping timing & tracking (if arranged): Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Tracking will be provided when available. Address accuracy: Please double-check your contact details. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

Legal & Terms
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all products/services are provided “as is.” Individual results from services and products may vary and are not guaranteed by deSoleil.
Limitation of Liability
deSoleil will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify deSoleil from claims arising from Site misuse.
Governing Legislation
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any legal disputes shall be settled according to this governing jurisdiction.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
