A first tan is often a shade lighter on purpose. Going deeper next time is easy; waiting for a tan to fade is not.

The same solution can look beautiful or unnatural depending on who applies it. Jana shades the body the way a makeup artist contours a face, building a little more where it flatters and holding back where skin is thin or fair.
She keeps overspray off wrists, ankles, feet and hands, the places a tan gives itself away, and she tans every skin tone and every body type. During the appointment she guides you through a few easy positions so nothing is missed, from the backs of the arms to the sides of the waist. That judgment comes from years of daily practice.
Fair clients often worry their tan will look brassy, and it doesn't. One of the studio's most loyal clients is a very fair redhead who loves her tan, has it done in twenty minutes and never sits in the sun to get it.

Each develops over about 24 hours. What changes is the undertone, the warm, cool or neutral cast beneath the brown, and how soon you rinse. Every formula except Perfectly Clear also carries a guide color, the tint you see as you leave, which shows where the tan went and rinses off in your first shower.

Every price below is for a full-body tan and includes the consultation, Jana's application and the Bronze Protocol. Upper-body, lower-body and face and décolletage tans can be booked online too, each priced for the area it covers.
I travel to Europe often and want my tan to look natural. Jana blends it so subtly that friends ask if I've been hiking. It fades evenly, too, and has become part of my travel routine.
The science
The active ingredient in every formula is DHA, a simple sugar made by fermenting plant-derived glycerin. It reacts with amino acids in the stratum corneum, the outermost layer of your skin, a layer of cells already on their way out and thinner than a sheet of paper. The reaction is a cousin of the one that browns bread in a toaster; it begins within the first hour or so and builds your tan over about 24 hours. Nothing is painted on top: the tan is your own outer skin, turned golden brown.
That is also why a tan fades the way it does. As those outer cells shed, the tan goes with them, so the fade follows your skin's own rhythm. Knees, elbows, ankles and hands have thicker skin that soaks up more DHA, which is why they get a lighter touch, and why smooth, hydrated skin gives the most even result. It's also why your rinse time is your own: Jana gives it to you at the end of the appointment, based on your skin and the depth you chose.

Sprayed on just before your tan, a blend of aloes that evens out the drier, more porous spots, like elbows, knees and the tops of your feet, so they tan at the same pace as everything else. A small step that shows up later, in how evenly your tan fades.

Misted on, with plant extracts, antioxidants and peptides that, in Infinity Sun's words, firm and tighten, support collagen and elasticity, smooth the look of wrinkles and cellulite and help your tan last longer.

A silky powder lightly dusted over your skin within minutes of your tan, with a little luminosity, so you leave dry and comfortable.

The same powder for a softer finish. It helps keep your tan from transferring onto clothes and sheets, and it never changes how your tan develops.

Sprayed on at your appointment: gold and silver shimmer for an evening out, a wedding or a dress that shows a shoulder, with panthenol and hyaluronic acid to soften skin while it sits. It rinses off in your first shower, so for an event, come back that day for a quick finish.

A second coat of any formula, for more depth without changing formulas.
A board presentation, a listing shoot, a keynote under stage lights: when people are looking closely, a tan has to read as healthy rather than applied. Speakers at conferences, people in front of a team every week, influencers, real estate agents and anyone who works on camera often book two days before the date, so they walk in looking rested and ready to be the one everyone is watching.

Plenty of clients don't save their tan for an occasion; it's simply part of how they look. A package is a set of tans you buy in one checkout, in your favorite formula, and use whenever you like over the next twelve months. Book each one when your tan begins to soften, with nothing to pay at the appointment. If you know you will want a tan more than once, for a season of events, a few trips or simply looking like yourself all year, a package keeps it easy.
I don't even have to ask for a specific formula anymore, I just walk in, relax, and let her do her magic.
