A pH-balancing, hydration-supporting pre-treatment that improves evenness, smoothness, and overall tan performance. Normalize is a professional pre-treatment designed to prepare the skin for the most even, consistent spray tan possible. It restores the skin's natural pH, hydrates dry areas, and creates a smooth, balanced surface so the tanning solution absorbs evenly. This treatment is especially helpful for clients who experience patchiness on elbows, knees, hands, feet, or areas where the skin naturally runs drier. The formula uses hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, botanical humectants, and a gentle pH-balancing complex to condition the skin before the tanning solution is applied. The result is a more uniform application, a smoother development phase, and a softer, more even fade over the life of the tan. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: The Commitment to Mastery To ensure the highest level of service and a strictly private experience, deSoleil operates on an appointment-only basis. Online Availability: Appointments may be booked through our digital portal, which is available 7 days a week for your convenience. The Preparation Requirement: By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that a successful result is a partnership. You agree to follow the deSoleil Prep Protocol (Exfoliation, Hair Removal, and Product-Free Skin) as outlined in your confirmation email. Arriving without proper preparation may result in an uneven outcome, for which the studio cannot be held responsible. Punctuality: Please arrive exactly at your scheduled time. To maintain the privacy and unhurried nature of our sessions, we do not have a communal waiting area. Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may be required to reschedule to avoid impacting the next client's appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy As a private studio with 18 years of professional practice, our time is our most valuable asset. We curate our schedule to provide a dedicated, expert environment for every client. 24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer the opening to a client on our waitlist. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee totaling 50% of the scheduled service. No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge for the full (100%) value of the service. Future bookings will require pre-payment in full. Exceptions: We recognize that life is occasionally unpredictable. In the event of sudden illness or emergency, please contact the studio directly. We prioritize health and safety above all else. Waitlist Policy Due to the high demand for our Rapid Development and Bronze Organics sessions, we maintain an active waitlist for peak hours and bridal seasons. Priority Access: When a cancellation occurs, the opening is offered to our waitlist in the order requests were received. Response Window: Because these openings are often time-sensitive, we request a response within 2 hours of notification. If we do not hear back, the opening will be offered to the next client on the list. Automated Notifications: You may opt-in to our digital waitlist through the booking portal to receive real-time availability alerts.
