Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy deSoleil operates by appointment only, with online booking open seven days a week. Need a same-day appointment? Call or text the studio instead of booking online, and we'll find you a spot. A note on getting in touch: the contact form and email can take up to 24 hours for a reply. Text is the fastest way to reach us, since we answer texts quickly during business hours. Preparation Booking an appointment means agreeing to the deSoleil Prep Protocol (exfoliation, hair removal, and product-free skin) outlined in your confirmation email. Skipping it can affect your result, and the studio isn't responsible for an uneven outcome caused by unprepared skin. Punctuality Please arrive at your scheduled time. Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may need to reschedule, since it affects the client booked after you. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy As an appointment-only studio, a cancellation means someone else lost that slot. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule, so we can offer the opening to someone on the waitlist. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service. A no-show is charged the full value of the service, and future bookings will require prepayment. If something genuinely unexpected comes up, sudden illness or an emergency, contact the studio directly and we'll work with you. Waitlist Policy Rapid Development and Bronze Organics fill fastest during peak hours and bridal season, so we keep an active waitlist for both. When a spot opens, it's offered in the order requests came in, with a 2-hour response window before it moves to the next person. You can opt into the digital waitlist through the booking portal for real-time alerts.
